Operations begins as soon as the paperwork and funds are collected. The project is immediately moved over to a project manager in operations where our process and procedures are put in place. As project managers, we carry the relationship over from the sales team to begin to walk with you, the customer. Through the many different phases of a project we cover everything from a general project discussion to the finishing touches.
