When you choose Unified Integration, we offer full service agreements at the end of every project and we are more than willing to continue the service agreement year after year if you so choose. This will be a % of the total cost of the system and covers the following…
- Quarterly visits
- Visits will cover system updates, thorough system check and testing, customer upgrades, and equipment cleaning
- Customer or someone over 18 must be present
- Service agreement will warranty our product and equipment.
If you are looking for a company to service your existing system, we are more than happy to meet with you!
This requires that we have an initial meeting to introduce ourselves and discuss your current system’s issues. This preliminary meeting is on us. If all is well and we choose to take care of the issue, the first hour is on us!

Our Service Rates: $100 an hour (outside of a service agreement)
Availability: Monday – Friday 9-5
Weekends & Holidays: Closed
Emergency: $250 an hour (in most cases)
Payment: Cash, Check, Debit and Credit Card
